- • As the VP, Digital Partners, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital partnership strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the execution of our Digital Partner on-boarding framework, a critical process for integrating new partners and ensuring their success. This involves proactively identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities across a diverse range of digital channels, expanding our reach and impact.
- • A core aspect of this role is the cultivation and maintenance of robust, long-term relationships with our digital distribution partners. You will act as a key point of contact, fostering collaboration and ensuring that these partnerships are mutually beneficial and contribute to sustained growth. Regular engagement and strategic discussions will be paramount to achieving this.
- • To stay ahead of the curve, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and analysis. This includes gathering real-time intelligence on competitor products, understanding evolving market demands, and identifying emerging opportunities that align with Arch's strategic objectives. This intelligence will inform our partnership strategies and product development.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with our Underwriting and Strategic Analytics teams to monitor key data insights and performance metrics related to our partnerships. This data-driven approach will enable us to measure the effectiveness of our strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
- • You will also partner closely with our Engineering teams to define and deliver the technology requirements necessary for successful digital initiatives. This involves translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our partnership goals.
- • A significant part of your role will involve preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly performance reports to our partners. These reports will not only showcase performance data but also provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations for future growth and collaboration.
- • Driving continuous improvement across all aspects of our partnership operations is essential. You will identify opportunities to enhance our partnership processes, tools, and systems, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive approach ensures that our partnership ecosystem remains agile and high-performing.
- • You will act as a central point of coordination, working closely with various internal teams, including Engineering, Underwriting, Insurance, and Operations, to ensure seamless support for our digital partners. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for delivering an exceptional partner experience.
- • Finally, you will partner directly with the SVP, Digital Partners, to ensure that your strategies and initiatives are fully aligned with the overarching organizational goals and vision of Arch Investments Group Ltd.
