📋 Description

• As the VP, Domain Leader at SonarSource SA, you will serve as the strategic architect of Sonar’s core product ecosystem, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and overseeing a high-performing team of approximately 20 product professionals, including Group Product Managers.
• You will own the heartbeat of Sonar’s technical offering—the Sonar Platform and Code Orchestration layer—alongside the commercial engine (Sonar Storefront: Billing, Permissions, Growth), while championing Developer Experience (DevEx) to ensure world-class UX, MCP, CLI, APIs, and integrations.
• You will work in a 'power-couple' partnership with the VP of Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions to a global B2B customer base, driving alignment between product vision and technical execution.
• Sonar is a leader in AI code review and verification, trusted by over 75% of the Fortune 100, with products like SonarQube, SonarQube Foundation Agent, SonarSweep, and Sonar Context Augmentation, helping customers reduce AI-generated code outages by 44%.
• The company operates with a CODE mindset (Committed, Obsessed with quality, Deliberate, Effective) across global hubs in London, Austin, Bochum, Dubai, Geneva, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C., backed by over $400M in revenue and profitable, fast-paced growth.
• In this role, you will shape the future of agent-centric software development by ensuring AI-generated code is reliable, secure, and maintainable through independent, explainable, and consistent review and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally at the VP or Director level, with a track record of scaling complex technical products in B2B environments.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, platform development, and commercialization, including experience with billing, permissions, and growth engines in SaaS or developer tools.
• Strong background in Developer Experience (DevEx), UX, APIs, CLI, and integration ecosystems, with a passion for enabling developer productivity and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering leadership (e.g., VP of Engineering) to align product vision with technical delivery and drive cross-functional execution.
• Experience in AI-driven or developer-focused technology domains, particularly in code quality, security, or DevTools, is highly preferred.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at the executive level and inspire high-performing teams.
