  • • As VP, Enterprise Sales at Fiserv, you will lead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth by selling complex fintech and payment solutions to large enterprise clients across financial institutions, corporations, and merchants. This role is critical to expanding Fiserv’s market presence and delivering innovative financial technology that moves money and information securely and reliably on a global scale.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and execute enterprise sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, build and nurture C-level relationships with key prospects and clients, lead complex deal negotiations, forecast sales performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and legal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • • Fiserv is a global leader in fintech and payments, powering millions of transactions daily across the financial ecosystem. The company connects banks, businesses, and consumers through secure, innovative technology — from credit card processing to mobile payments and ATM networks — enabling seamless financial experiences worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within fintech, financial services, or payment technology industries
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams while consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • • Strong experience selling complex, multi-year solutions to C-suite and enterprise-level decision makers

  • • Competitive base salary range of $154,200.00 - $328,200.00, with additional commission eligibility under Fiserv’s Sales Compensation Plan
