📋 Description

  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives targeting the largest health systems in the United States, owning named accounts from initial engagement through contract closure.
  • Drive C-suite engagement with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs to build consensus around Hippocratic AI as the transformative solution for clinical conversation automation.
  • Architect and manage end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, vision selling, scope definition, ROI modeling, governance alignment, security reviews, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
  • Sequence and prioritize accounts by readiness level, strategically allocating sales capacity across tiers to maximize deal velocity and revenue outcomes.
  • Multi-thread relationships with multiple executive champions within health systems to uncover hidden objections, accelerate decision-making, and break down organizational silos.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client needs, solution design, and post-sale experience delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by staying current on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape shifts, regulatory changes, and evolving clinical workflows to articulate Hippocratic AI’s unique value proposition.
  • Develop and defend rigorous ROI models that withstand scrutiny from CFOs while simultaneously crafting compelling clinical narratives validated by CMOs and physician leaders.
  • Sell into novel, unstructured categories where no existing budget line exists, creating new market demand for AI-driven patient engagement platforms.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at top health systems, including CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and CDOs, to enable seamless deal progression.
  • Travel extensively across the U.S. to conduct in-person client meetings, deliver executive presentations, attend industry conferences, and participate in strategic summits.
  • Work directly with the Chief Growth Officer and CEO on the most complex, high-value enterprise deals, leveraging organizational influence to remove roadblocks and secure approvals.
  • Position Hippocratic AI as the only safety-focused, healthcare-only LLM platform with over 99.9% accuracy, differentiating against legacy EHR vendors and non-clinical AI tools.
  • Operate autonomously as a revenue owner, managing pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment with accountability for enterprise contract value and renewal expansion.
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and compliance frameworks unique to U.S. healthcare organizations, ensuring alignment with HIPAA, HITRUST, and institutional governance standards.
  • Translate technical capabilities of the Polaris constellation into business outcomes that resonate with non-technical executives across finance, operations, and clinical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years selling enterprise software, services, or transformation engagements to health systems, with at least one role at a sub-500-person company
  • Experience personally closing $1M+ enterprise deals at health systems and consistent top-tier performance
  • Proven ability to build an ROI model that withstands a CFO review and a clinical narrative that withstands a CMO review
  • Healthcare fluency: ability to hold your own in discussions with CFOs on margin pressure, CMOs on clinical workflow, and CIOs on integration risk
  • Track record of selling into novel categories without existing budget lines (e.g., digital health category creation, novel-mechanism pharma launches, transformation consulting)
  • Trusted relationships with health system CIOs, CMOs, COOs, CDOs
