📋 Description
- • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-impact team of 10-12 Senior Executive Partners (Sr EP’s) within Gartner's Executive Programs (ExP), fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous professional growth among team members.
- • Shape and execute the strategic vision for the global enterprise advisory practice, ensuring its continuous evolution and alignment with the dynamic needs of global enterprise clients and the broader technology landscape.
- • Drive the development and delivery of transformative, end-to-end advisory programs designed to significantly enhance operational efficiencies, optimize business outcomes, and accelerate digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies and government entities.
- • Forge robust, trusted partnerships with Sales counterparts, collaborating closely to execute proven programs that enhance prospect cultivation, accelerate account plan development, and effectively deliver on value demonstration activities, thereby contributing to business growth.
- • Manage the growth and associated risks of a substantial client portfolio, approximately 200 executive clients, with a primary responsibility for consistently delivering exceptional value, contributing towards revenue growth targets, and achieving strong client retention outcomes.
- • Collaborate extensively with a wide range of internal partners across Gartner, including Sales, HR, and Finance, to contribute to the strategic development and expansion of Gartner’s Global Enterprise Business.
- • Empower your team to effectively solve complex member challenges by channeling strategic advice and insights to senior technology and digital business leaders across commercial organizations industry-wide.
- • Coach your team to consistently execute world-class client engagements at scale, guiding them in identifying and shaping enterprise mission-critical priorities, and diagnosing digital maturity using data-driven tools and frameworks.
- • Champion innovation and the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies, coaching both your team and clients on their adoption and strategic implementation for tangible business benefits.
- • Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team culture through effective management of the recruiting, hiring, and comprehensive training processes, ensuring a high-performing and equitable work environment.
- • Act as a talent promoter, serving as a magnet for attracting, selecting, nurturing, coaching, and developing top talent within the ExP organization and Gartner as a whole, with a demonstrated history of developing individuals to achieve significant success.
- • Function as an analytical problem solver, applying data-driven approaches and fact-based strategies to identify challenges, devise solutions, and drive continuous improvement across advisory services and team performance.
- • Cultivate strong partnership-building capabilities, establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with both internal stakeholders and a diverse global client base.
- • Serve as an executive communicator, crafting and delivering compelling messages to motivate, inspire, and drive action from internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating skilled listening and high emotional intelligence to understand needs and adapt communication for maximum impact.
- • Leverage deep digital business expertise, including market knowledge and awareness of current and future technology trends, with direct experience in "business technology," "front-end IT" systems, and processes critical for winning, serving, and retaining customers.
- • Act as a disciplined prioritizer, effectively managing time and focusing on the most critical, customer-centric activities, adeptly balancing multiple complex priorities and adjusting as needed to meet evolving demands.
- • Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, impactful engagements that address the unique challenges and strategic objectives of senior technology and digital business leaders within global enterprises.
- • Drive client satisfaction and retention by ensuring that advisory services are consistently relevant, actionable, and aligned with client success metrics.
- • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of Gartner's Executive Programs by identifying new service opportunities and enhancing existing offerings based on market insights and client feedback.
- • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team, encouraging the exploration of new research, methodologies, and best practices in technology leadership and digital transformation.
- • Oversee the performance management and professional development of direct reports, providing regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities for advancement.
- • Manage the operational aspects of the team, including resource allocation, budget oversight, and process optimization, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- • Represent Gartner at industry events and forums, sharing insights and building the company's reputation as a thought leader in executive technology advisory services.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Gartner's research methodologies and intellectual property to effectively guide the team and clients.
