- • The Vice President, Institutional Relationship Manager serves as the primary strategic contact for Fidelity Charitable’s largest and most valuable institutional relationships, driving business development, client growth, retention, and satisfaction while acting as the lead advocate for clients within a highly competitive financial services environment.
- • Day to day, the role involves navigating Fidelity Charitable and the broader Fidelity enterprise to mobilize resources, conducting client business reviews, developing proactive engagement plans, leading cross-functional relationship management teams, overseeing key account strategies, preparing clients for annual planning and Giving Season, documenting interactions, proposing consulting engagements with subject matter experts, and mitigating risks through policy awareness and collaboration with internal partners.
- • The Institutional Relationship Management team at Fidelity Charitable partners with wealth management firms and institutions to integrate charitable giving into their business models, providing thought leadership, deep sector expertise, practice management guidance, and a strong technology platform to help clients grow and meet evolving financial needs in a dynamic charitable landscape.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in institutional relationship management within the financial services and charitable sectors, develop executive-level consulting and engagement skills, lead complex client portfolios, influence product and service improvements through client insights, and advance professionally through ongoing learning about Fidelity’s value proposition versus competitors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10-15 years of successful sales or relationship management experience in the financial services industry
- • Strong knowledge of the RIA, Family Office, Brokerage and Wirehouse markets, including industry dynamics, financial markets, and competitive influences
- • BS Degree or equivalent experience required
