  • • As the VP Marketing for London, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the overarching marketing strategy for BJAK's operations, with a particular focus on London and the broader Southeast Asian (SEA) markets. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving growth through innovative digital, brand, content, and campaign initiatives. You will be the driving force behind user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness, directly shaping how millions of users perceive, engage with, and trust our cutting-edge application platforms.
  • • You will lead and meticulously coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging a diverse range of platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Your expertise will be crucial in planning and executing performance marketing initiatives, with a sharp focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates. Success in this role hinges on your ability to not only set these targets but also to consistently achieve and exceed them.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve building and scaling a robust content marketing engine. This includes conceptualizing and overseeing the creation of compelling blog posts, engaging video scripts, persuasive landing pages, and impactful campaign messaging. You will be the guardian of the BJAK brand voice and positioning, ensuring consistency and resonance across all platforms and touchpoints. This requires a deep understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to translate strategic objectives into creative assets.
  • • You will manage the entire creative production process, working collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, and freelance professionals. This involves providing clear direction, managing timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and manage external partners effectively will be key.
  • • Data analysis and market trend interpretation will be at the core of your strategic decision-making. You will be expected to dive deep into performance data, identify actionable insights, and translate these into strategic improvements for ongoing and future campaigns. This data-driven approach ensures that marketing efforts are continuously optimized for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with product, design, sales, and data teams to ensure that marketing strategies are seamlessly aligned with overarching business goals and product roadmaps.
