  • • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with corporate sales teams to understand and address evolving network needs, ensuring seamless alignment with member demand and market trends.
  • • Partner closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding and integration process for all new providers.
  • • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all provider engagements and contract statuses within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity.
  • • Take full ownership of your Salesforce pipeline for network development, guaranteeing data accuracy and completeness across all stages of the acquisition process.
  • • **Team Culture:**
  • • Embody and foster a team-centered culture that actively rewards innovation, diligent effort, and unwavering accountability.
  • • Engage in collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and develop proactive, forward-thinking solutions.
  • • Actively participate in internal projects and non-client related tasks that contribute to broader company goals and strategic initiatives.
  • • Infuse all team interactions with energy, positivity, and a collaborative spirit, contributing to a highly productive and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.
  • • This is a remote position based in the USA, requiring travel as needed to foster key relationships and close critical deals.
