- • Lead the UK & EU Clinical Operations team as the most senior member, overseeing trial delivery, team scaling, and integration of AI-driven workflows to transform clinical trial execution.
- • Drive project leadership and delivery by ensuring trials are completed on time, on budget, and in compliance; develop SOPs, manage resources, mitigate risks, and mentor project support and clinical staff.
- • Spearhead hiring, training, and team expansion for trial and project managers, quality, and regulatory roles while fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture.
- • Collaborate with US Clinical Operations, Product, People, and Commercial teams to enable seamless project handover, support business development, and co-design innovative trial technology including AI-enabled workflows and Citrus platform enhancements.
- • Contribute to Lindus Health’s mission of accelerating clinical trials through technology, gaining ownership in a high-growth VC-backed startup shaping the future of healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in clinical trials with direct responsibility for implementing clinical research projects, not just project management.
- • Proven experience overseeing and running clinical trials across both the UK and European countries with deep knowledge of MHRA/EMA regulations.
- • Demonstrated success in growing and leading high-performing teams, including responsibility for hiring, training, and process development.
- • Hands-on experience with innovative trial technology and AI tools, with enthusiasm for directly innovating in the tech-enabled clinical trial space.
- • Broad experience across diverse therapeutic areas and trial phases, including non-drug or phase 4 trials, preferably beyond large CRO environments.
