- • Lead the finance function at Jasper AI as the senior-most finance leader reporting directly to the CEO, translating vision into financial models and shaping company strategy in a high-growth AI market.
- • Partner with executive team on strategic planning, scenario analysis, pricing, GTM, and monetization while owning FP&A, accounting, and financial operations end-to-end.
- • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, oversee NetSuite and financial systems, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive rigorous forecasting and SaaS metric tracking.
- • Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor communications while influencing cross-functional decisions as a trusted business partner beyond traditional finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, with prior VP Finance or equivalent leadership role.
- • Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner influencing decisions beyond finance, including fundraising, board reporting, and M&A.
- • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with deep Excel expertise and hands-on NetSuite experience.
- • Strong foundation in FP&A and accounting, GAAP knowledge, and ability to manage full finance stack.
- • Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
