- • Lead the entire product organization responsible for Brigit’s suite of consumer fintech products, overseeing product management, design, and user research.
- • Define and execute a bold, multi-year product vision aligned with improving the financial lives of underserved Americans.
- • Own key business outcomes including customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and lifetime value.
- • Translate company-wide priorities into clear product investments, roadmaps, and resource allocation decisions.
- • Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging customer insights, behavioral data, experiments, and business economics.
- • Partner with the Data team to define measurable product metrics and establish accountability through OKRs.
- • Deliver high-impact user experiences that increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement while driving operational cost efficiencies.
- • Develop and adapt product roadmaps dynamically, managing end-to-end implementation with cross-functional engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- • Collaborate with engineering and marketing leadership to establish agile processes, frameworks, and tools that improve product velocity, quality, and transparency.
- • Build, recruit, and develop a world-class product and design team, fostering a culture of autonomy, ownership, and innovation.
- • Proactively design and evolve organizational structures to support scaling of the product organization.
- • Partner across functions—including compliance, risk, and operations—to balance growth objectives with regulatory requirements and customer experience.
- • Conduct deep customer discovery through focus groups, usability tests, surveys, and behavioral analysis to inform product direction.
- • Communicate product strategy and progress effectively through strong verbal and written advocacy to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- • Maintain a rigorous, analytically driven environment while balancing user intuition and business constraints in a fast-moving, regulated fintech landscape.
- • Ensure product development processes are scalable, transparent, and aligned with company goals as the organization grows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles with a proven track record of scaling consumer products
- • 3+ years of product leadership experience in an early-stage technology company
- • 5+ years of experience working in consumer mobile products
- • Demonstrated experience leading and nurturing a product organization with a culture of empowered, autonomous teams
- • Deep knowledge of extracting and delivering consumer insights via focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, and experiments
- • Strong understanding of consumer business economics, including conversion, retention, monetization, and lifetime value
