- • Parkade Inc. is seeking a transformative VP of Sales, a pivotal hire crucial for our next phase of aggressive growth. As a leading SaaS platform for managing building parking, Parkade streamlines operations for apartment, condo, and office buildings by handling payments, assignments, gate access, customer service, and enforcement. We have achieved remarkable success with hundreds of customers, a 99% retention rate, exceptional unit economics, and minimal competition, primarily relying on manual processes like spreadsheets. Our recent Series A funding, led by prominent real estate entities, underscores our immense potential and market validation.
- • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing our sales playbook, optimizing our existing inbound sales processes, and significantly expanding top-of-funnel lead generation. Your leadership will be key in scaling a high-performing sales organization capable of closing substantial deals, ensuring our Account Executives focus on the most promising opportunities, and fostering cross-functional alignment to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Our ultimate vision is for every off-street parking spot to be managed by Parkade within a few years.
- • Your primary mission is to accelerate our top-line growth by developing and implementing a robust growth playbook, building a world-class sales team, and perfecting processes to ensure sustainable and rapid expansion.
- • **Key Responsibilities and Strategic Focus Areas:**
- • **Scale Inbound Sales Motion:** Currently, our sales process is predominantly inbound, driven by organic customer referrals and web leads. This motion has significant untapped potential. Your initial focus will be on optimizing and maximizing the efficiency and volume of this channel, ensuring we convert more inbound interest into closed deals.
- • **Grow and Develop the Sales Organization:** You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of talented sales professionals. This includes drastically shortening the onboarding time for new Account Executives and scaling your team to meet and exceed increasingly ambitious sales goals.
- • **Deepen Product and Market Expertise:** Become an unparalleled expert in Parkade's offerings and the broader parking management landscape. Leverage this knowledge to collaborate effectively across all departments, driving strategic changes and initiatives that accelerate growth.
- • **Ramp Up Top-of-Funnel Volume:** Work closely with our two-person marketing team and the existing SDR to significantly increase the volume of qualified leads. This will involve charting the strategy for top-of-funnel growth, potentially expanding the SDR team, and collaborating on new marketing strategies and experiments to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- • **Expand into Enterprise and Portfolio Sales:** Transition from our current single-building sales model to selling Parkade solutions across entire real estate portfolios. Leveraging our investor base, you will pioneer strategies to penetrate larger accounts and secure multi-building deals.
- • **Establish Operational Excellence:** Implement and maintain rigorous sales operations, including CRM hygiene, deal tracking, and process management, ensuring a clean, efficient, and flawless sales execution.
- • **Develop Robust Forecasting and Reporting:** Build sophisticated forecasting models, define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish clear sales processes, and design effective compensation structures. Data-driven decision-making will be paramount.
- • You will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, translating market opportunities into revenue growth and building a scalable, predictable sales engine. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and exceptional leadership to guide Parkade through its next critical growth phase.
