  • • The Vice President of Sales will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue growth through hands-on leadership of Smart Care’s sales organization. This role is execution-focused—building pipeline, closing business, and elevating sales performance across regions and customer segments.
  • • The VP of Sales will be an active leader in the field, partnering closely with sales teams on deal strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline development, while working cross-functionally with Operations to ensure solutions are practical, well-scoped, and deliverable.
  • • Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment, offering comprehensive mechanical services including hot side cooking equipment, stand-alone refrigeration, specialty coffee and beverage, complex rack refrigeration and HVAC.
  • • The person in this role will have the opportunity to elevate, refine, and scale a national sales team, drive structure and discipline across regions, lead strategic deals in real time, and directly influence company trajectory through visible leadership reporting to the CEO.
