- • As VP of Sales at Homebase Labs Inc., you will set the pace for a high-volume, high-velocity sales organization, driving throughput, coaching, and revenue outcomes across hubs in Houston, Denver, and Toronto.
- • You will lead, coach, and develop sales managers, build a high-energy sales culture, own hiring quality at scale, run a metrics-first operating system, drive operational excellence, partner cross-functionally, and leverage AI to increase team productivity and selling time.
- • Homebase Labs Inc. is building the everything app for hourly teams, empowering over 150,000 small businesses with tools for scheduling, payroll, HR, and more, and is committed to fostering a bold, fast-moving, empathetic culture where every team member thrives.
- • In this role, you will learn to scale sales leadership in a hybrid environment, operationalize AI in sales workflows, refine hiring and coaching systems at scale, and drive measurable impact on pipeline velocity, quota attainment, and team performance while growing as a strategic leader in a mission-driven, high-growth tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven VP-level leadership in high-velocity SMB / inside sales environments
- • Demonstrated ability to improve measurable outcomes such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, rep ramp time, quota attainment, or team throughput
- • Strong outbound experience and comfort running mixed sales motions
- • Deep fluency in sales fundamentals and metrics to diagnose issues and implement focused initiatives
- • Hiring excellence at scale: ability to spot talent beyond interview polish and build consistent, fair hiring processes
- • Coaching obsession: running coaching as a daily practice, not an occasional meeting
- • AI fluency for leaders: ability to operationalize AI, retool workflows, measure impact, and coach adoption
- • Ability to collaborate in-office per hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs in-office at a Homebase hub); relocation expected for non-hub hires unless exception approved
