  • • Key Data is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to spearhead our revenue growth and scale our sales organization. As a critical leader within our rapidly expanding company, you will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving significant revenue expansion.   • • In this pivotal role, you will embody a true Player-Coach Mentality. You will not only lead sales across all our product lines – Pro, DMO, and Enterprise – but also actively participate in sourcing and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals. Your hands-on approach will set the pace for the team, providing invaluable coaching and mentorship to our growing sales professionals. You'll be the kind of leader who eagerly hops on calls to help close significant deals, demonstrating a commitment to collective success.
  • • A core responsibility will be developing and executing a comprehensive and scalable Sales Strategy & Execution plan. This involves defining clear objectives, identifying target markets, and implementing effective sales methodologies to drive revenue growth across all product offerings. You will be responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
  • • You will play a crucial role in Expanding Our Footprint, with a specific focus on driving international expansion and achieving product-market fit for our Pro product in new global markets. Creatively sourcing and closing new Enterprise verticals will be key, requiring innovative thinking and a deep understanding of diverse market needs. This involves identifying untapped opportunities and developing tailored sales approaches to penetrate new sectors.
  • • As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and training our small but expanding team of sales professionals. This includes fostering a high-performance culture, developing individual talent, and ensuring the team has the skills and resources to succeed. Your leadership style will be one of empowerment, support, and a shared drive for excellence.
  • • The role demands expertise in Complex Solution Selling. You will handle intricate, solution-based sales by deeply understanding a prospect's business challenges and creatively leveraging Key Data's powerful data products to deliver bespoke, value-driven solutions. This requires a consultative approach, focusing on building trust and demonstrating clear ROI.
  • • You will be tasked with building and refining repeatable Sales Systems & Processes. This involves establishing standardized sales workflows, implementing best practices, and optimizing the sales technology stack to enhance efficiency, visibility, and predictability within our sales operations. Ensuring a robust and scalable infrastructure is paramount.
  • • Defining, tracking, and owning key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team is essential. You will create clear visibility into pipeline health, sales forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue contribution. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions and ensure accountability.
  • • Deep Cross-Functional Collaboration is expected. You will partner closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and outbound campaigns. This collaborative synergy is vital for cohesive and impactful market engagement.
