- • As the VP of Sales Operations at Fitt Insider Inc., you will serve as the operational architect behind the commercial engine of a venture-backed healthtech company pioneering clinically validated UVB light technology to safely address vitamin D deficiency. This role is critical to ensuring that innovative products reach customers efficiently and reliably across both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels, directly impacting revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and scalability as the company prepares for and moves beyond product launch.
- • You will own and build the end-to-end sales operations function, integrating systems, processes, and people to create a cohesive, scalable revenue engine that connects demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and financial tracking into a unified operational framework.
- • Day to day, you will: manage and optimize core commercial systems including HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency; oversee the full DTC order lifecycle from ecommerce transactions through payments, fulfillment, and customer delivery experience; partner with contract manufacturers to align demand planning, production schedules, and fulfillment logistics; lead demand forecasting and inventory planning in close collaboration with manufacturing and finance teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory; manage shipping and fulfillment operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery; support B2B sales through quoting, invoicing, and deal desk operations to enable smooth deal closure; build scalable processes for order management, revenue tracking, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making; establish KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance across DTC and B2B channels; and identify and implement automation and tooling opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8–15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
- • Experience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products, ideally devices or hardware
- • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
- • Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or supply chain and fulfillment partners
- • Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment
- • Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail
