- • As the VP of Sales at Pearl Talent, you will be at the forefront of our growth, taking full ownership of our entire sales and business development function. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive net-new client acquisition, significantly improve our funnel conversion rates, and architect a repeatable, high-performing sales engine that fuels Pearl Talent's expansion.
- • You will be instrumental in leading and coaching our dedicated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring they are equipped with the skills, strategies, and motivation to excel. While empowering your team, you will also remain hands-on, actively participating in closing high-value client deals, thereby setting a benchmark for excellence and providing invaluable real-time coaching opportunities.
- • A core aspect of your role will be the continuous optimization of our sales strategy. This involves leveraging data analytics, conducting rigorous experimentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to identify and capitalize on new opportunities and refine existing processes.

Your leadership will be crucial in elevating overall sales execution, enhancing the accuracy of our sales forecasting, and ensuring robust pipeline health across the entire organization.
- • You will be responsible for building and implementing scalable sales processes that are designed to deliver consistent, predictable revenue generation. By focusing on effective coaching methodologies and data-driven optimization, you will elevate the performance of the sales team while simultaneously ensuring that our clients consistently receive a premium, white-glove experience.

- • **Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:** You will own the complete sales funnel, from initial lead generation through to the final close of a deal. This includes developing and executing strategies to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates by refining our messaging, qualification criteria, and overall sales process. You will also be responsible for closing significant client deals, continuously honing our sales positioning and value proposition to resonate with prospective clients.
- • **Team Leadership & Coaching:** You will be tasked with building, training, and managing a high-performance internal sales team, comprising both SDRs and AEs. This involves conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performing call reviews, and providing consistent performance coaching. You will also lead daily or weekly team enablement and learning sessions, focusing on skill development and best practices. A key objective will be to develop our SDRs into highly effective closers through structured and comprehensive training programs.
- • **Process, Systems & Optimization:** You will take ownership of CRM accuracy, meticulous pipeline management, and comprehensive reporting for Pearl Talent. This includes refining our sales playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and qualification frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within Pearl’s sales process and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance sales execution and overall performance.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** You will partner closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaign execution. Collaboration with operations and client success teams will be essential to guarantee a smooth and positive client onboarding experience. Maintaining a premium sales experience for all Pearl Talent clients is paramount throughout the entire sales cycle.
