- • As VP of Strategic Finance at Leap Technologies, you will be the senior finance leader responsible for turning ambiguity into clear, data-driven decisions that shape company strategy, capital allocation, and growth priorities.
- • You will own the operating model, build capital allocation frameworks, forecast business performance under uncertainty, and lead core FP&A and revenue cycle finance while recruiting and scaling the finance organization.
- • You will partner closely with Growth Ops & Strategy, Client Ops & Success, and Member Growth to pressure-test major investments, hiring plans, and growth bets, reporting directly to the President and influencing board materials and fundraising efforts.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic healthcare finance, build decision-making frameworks used by leadership, and gain direct impact on how a fast-growing specialty pharmacy benefits company allocates resources and scales sustainably.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in strategic finance with a foundation in investment banking, investing, or an equivalently rigorous analytical environment
- • Proven ability to lead and build finance teams, including recruiting, managing, and developing talent as the organization scales
- • Strong strategic thinking: ability to make hard prioritization calls on where to invest, what to cut, and what to fund next
- • Comfort with ambiguity: skilled at forecasting under uncertainty, stating assumptions clearly, and defending financial models
- • Experience building decision frameworks that leadership actively uses to guide major business decisions
- • Underwriter mindset: capable of sizing opportunities, building investment cases, and standing behind financial projections
