📋 Description

• • As VP People at Fleek Technologies Inc., you will design and implement the company's people operating system from a standing start, creating the frameworks that connect teams across London, Karachi, and Bangalore while redefining what HR means in an AI-native, hyper-growth environment.
• • You will own talent density by setting the hiring bar, building performance management systems, designing compensation philosophy, and developing every employee lifecycle process to ensure each person becomes a 10x version of themselves in a distributed, fast-moving organization.
• • Fleek is a post-Series B AI-driven startup fixing the broken secondhand fashion supply chain, with ~$50M raised from top investors including a16z and Y Combinator, serving thousands of resellers across the UK, Europe, and US while saving 9 million garments from landfill since 2022.
• • You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to build cultural coherence across three geographies, coach founders on organizational design, and leverage AI to create leverage in people processes rather than scaling headcount, all while operating from Fleek’s London HQ in Shoreditch with an in-office hybrid model (3-4 days/week).
