- • As VP People & Talent at Nory AI, you will serve as a strategic executive leader reporting directly to the Founder and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for shaping the people function to support rapid international expansion, particularly into the US market, while preserving the company’s high-performance culture and operational discipline.
- • You will design and scale a global people infrastructure, including talent strategy, organisational design, performance frameworks, total rewards, compliance, and people operations systems, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives across Ireland, the UK, Spain, and the US.
- • You will act as a strategic advisor to the Board, Founder, and SLT, providing data-driven insights on workforce health, talent risk, and organisational effectiveness to enable informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- • You will coach and challenge senior leaders to build leadership capability and succession depth, mentor the Head of People and the wider people team, and foster a high-performance culture where accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement are embedded.
- • You will attract top talent by building a compelling employer brand and designing competitive, market-aligned total rewards strategies, while ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions and stewarding Nory’s culture and values consistently across all geographies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience, having led People at VP or equivalent level in a high-growth tech company, ideally post-Series B or beyond.
- • Proven experience designing and implementing global people systems, including talent acquisition, organisational development, change management, compensation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with specific experience in international expansion into the US market.
- • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at board and executive levels, partnering with founders and SLT as a strategic advisor, while maintaining a hands-on understanding of organisational friction and cultural dynamics.
