📋 Description

• • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Lindus Health’s end-to-end clinical trial platform, Citrus, driving alignment across engineering, commercial, and clinical operations to deliver faster, more reliable trials that get breakthrough treatments to patients sooner.
• • Own and grow the Product function, managing a team of 5+ Product Managers and a 3-person design team, fostering career development, shaping product discovery and development processes, and ensuring high standards in UX and execution.
• • Join a mission-driven, fast-growing health tech company powering 100+ clinical trials since 2021, backed by $55M Series B funding, with a collaborative, no-ego culture that values impact, ownership, and creativity in transforming clinical research.
• • Develop deep expertise in regulated health tech, leverage AI in product practice, and achieve measurable impact by 2026 through cross-company alignment and the ability to close larger, more complex Phase 2 biotech deals via enhanced product capabilities.
