  • • As the VP of Professional Services for ServiceMax in the Americas, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our services organization, driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • • This pivotal leadership role demands a dynamic individual capable of overseeing the entire lifecycle of professional services delivery, from initial scoping and solution design through to successful implementation and go-live.
  • • You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performance team comprising practice directors, implementation consultants, project managers, solution architects, and technical architects across North America.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to foster deep, executive-level relationships with our clients, ensuring their strategic objectives are met and that they derive maximum value from our ServiceMax solutions.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to develop compelling, accurate proposals and quotes for implementation services, ensuring profitability and alignment with long-term customer success strategies.
  • • Partnering with Customer Success Management and R&D teams is crucial for aligning cross-functional priorities, driving product adoption, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • • You will champion operational excellence, driving continuous improvements in efficiency, optimizing methodologies, and implementing robust metrics to track team performance, project health, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction (e.g., CSAT, NPS).

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or client delivery roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing services organizations within SaaS or enterprise software companies.
  • • Strong financial and business acumen with experience owning and growing a services P&L.
  • • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
