- • As VP of Reasoning Systems at Dataiku, you will define and scale a new business unit focused on enterprise AI decision orchestration, reporting to the Product organization with direct access to the CEO and C-suite.
- • You will lead a team of 10+ Industry Solutions leaders, shaping go-to-market strategy, delivery models, product roadmap, and executive engagement while owning revenue and growth targets for a multi-billion-dollar opportunity.
- • Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, providing an enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI across multi-vendor environments, trusted by global leaders to operationalize AI as a business performance engine.
- • You will define the Reasoning Systems category, establish vertical priorities in manufacturing, supply chain, and financial risk, and build reusable, scalable engagement models that combine productized orchestration with human-in-the-loop control.
- • This role offers the opportunity to create a new pillar of the company by driving innovation at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and business transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 20+ years of experience at the intersection of business process transformation and enterprise technology, with deep expertise in operational AI deployment for large, demanding organizations.
- • Proven track record of building and scaling a new business, product line, or category from zero to repeatability within a technology company.
- • Experience leading consulting or solutions delivery teams, balancing services delivery with product scalability and reusable asset creation.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive software product roadmaps and ship ambitious, multi-stakeholder technology programs.
- • Outstanding communicator capable of shaping and delivering compelling narratives to both technical and business audiences, including executive briefings and keynotes.
- • Ability to operate at C-suite level, drive decision-making in high-stakes, ambiguous environments, and engage directly with CEOs and other C-level executives.
