📋 Description
- • As the VP, Regional TPA Consultant at Fidelity Investments, you will be a pivotal force in driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the East Core Market sales region. This dynamic role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels at building and nurturing relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), acting as a crucial liaison between Fidelity and these vital partners.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide dedicated coverage and expert relationship management for a portfolio of TPA firms. This includes understanding their unique needs, aligning Fidelity's offerings with their business objectives, and ensuring a seamless, collaborative experience. You will be the go-to expert for Core Market Account Executives, Advisor Consultants, Managing Directors, and other internal business leaders, empowering them with the insights and support needed to leverage TPA relationships for mutual success.
- • This is an active growth role, not merely a consultative position. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Fidelity's TPA partnerships by bringing innovation, structure, and strategic vision to a market ripe for evolution. Your contributions will directly impact the development of a robust program designed to enhance collaboration and expand Fidelity's presence in the TPA marketplace.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve educating and supporting TPA firms on how to best collaborate with Fidelity's comprehensive suite of products and services. You will work hand-in-hand with sales teams and the Advisor Consultant team to cultivate new advisor relationships, driving growth and fostering deeper collaboration between Fidelity, TPAs, and advisors.
- • You will play a critical role in sales and retention enablement, collaborating closely with service teams to enhance retention and drive growth across the Core Market. A significant focus will be placed on supporting 3(16) fiduciary services and other TPA-aligned solutions, ensuring that Fidelity's offerings meet the complex demands of plan sponsors and advisors.
- • Beyond day-to-day relationship management, you will actively contribute to the ongoing evolution and innovation of Fidelity's TPA program. This involves identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, deepen collaborative efforts, and develop scalable success models that can be replicated across the organization. Your insights will be invaluable in refining our strategies and ensuring long-term program success.
- • The role demands a strategic mindset coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be expected to manage multiple high-impact relationships with professionalism, agility, and a deep understanding of advisory-based business models and fiduciary services. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus will be key to your success.
- • You will be part of the Fidelity Workplace Investing Sales team, a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this capacity, you will support the TPA Program team and the broader selling organization, with the ultimate goal of driving sales and cultivating enduring relationships with TPAs, plan sponsors, and trusted advisors.
- • Your contributions will be vital in supporting strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional efforts, and inspiring business partners to accelerate Fidelity’s market growth within the TPA segment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a critical area of Fidelity's business, shaping how we engage with key strategic partners and driving tangible business outcomes.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance TPA engagement, ensuring that Fidelity remains a preferred partner for these influential entities. This includes understanding market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving regulatory requirements to provide proactive and insightful guidance.
- • Success in this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and a passion for building programs that create value for both partners and clients. You will be empowered to take ownership, drive initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and client-centricity.
