- • As the VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This pivotal role encompasses both first-line and second-line leadership responsibilities, placing you at the helm of vivenu’s global Revenue Operations function. You will act as a critical strategic advisor to our executive leadership team, influencing key decisions and driving the company's strategic direction.
- • Your core mission will be to architect, implement, and scale the essential systems, meticulously refine processes, build a robust data infrastructure, and establish sophisticated strategic planning frameworks. These elements are crucial for fostering predictable, profitable revenue growth across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. You will be the architect of our GTM operational excellence, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximum impact.
- • This position demands a unique blend of profound analytical acumen and exceptional operational execution capabilities. You will leverage your expertise to dissect complex challenges, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement data-driven solutions. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate strong executive-level influence, effectively communicating your vision and strategies to stakeholders across the organization, including the C-suite.
- • A key responsibility will be to build and nurture a high-performing Revenue Operations team. This involves attracting top talent, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture, and empowering your team to achieve ambitious goals. You will be responsible for their development, mentorship, and overall success, ensuring they are equipped to support vivenu’s rapid growth.
- • Driving cross-functional alignment is paramount. You will work closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure that our GTM strategies are cohesive, integrated, and effectively executed. This involves breaking down silos, facilitating communication, and fostering a shared understanding of our revenue objectives and the operational plans to achieve them.
- • You will ensure that vivenu’s GTM engine is not only scalable to meet the demands of our expanding business but also deeply data-driven. Every decision, process, and strategy should be informed by rigorous analysis and measurable outcomes. Your focus will be on creating a sustainable, efficient, and effective GTM machine that consistently delivers on corporate objectives and drives market leadership.
- • Key responsibilities will include overseeing the entire revenue technology stack, ensuring its optimal performance, integration, and alignment with business needs. This involves evaluating, selecting, and implementing new tools and technologies as required. You will also be responsible for the development and management of our sales forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • Furthermore, you will champion data governance and integrity, establishing best practices for data collection, management, and utilization across all GTM functions. This includes developing dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide actionable insights to the executive team and operational leaders, enabling informed decision-making.
- • You will play a crucial role in defining and refining sales territories, compensation plans, and performance metrics, working collaboratively with Sales leadership to ensure these are aligned with revenue goals and market opportunities. Your strategic insights will also be applied to market segmentation, customer acquisition cost (CAC) analysis, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) optimization.
- • Ultimately, this role is about enabling vivenu to achieve its ambitious growth targets by building a world-class Revenue Operations function that is synonymous with efficiency, data intelligence, and strategic foresight.
