- • You will act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Board, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights, while fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and partnership across cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

- • Deep expertise with Salesforce and related GTM tooling including CPQ, forecasting, enablement, intent, enrichment, and commissions systems.
- • Strong command of go-to-market design: segments, territories, quotas, coverage models, compensation levers, and capacity planning.
- • Experience building or scaling CS Operations, including health-scoring frameworks, renewal/expansion forecasting, and digital-touch programs.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and sales productivity across Commercial and Enterprise segments.
- • Advanced analytical skills with fluency in CAC, LTV, payback, NRR/GRR, and sales efficiency metrics, and proven experience partnering with Finance on planning, forecasting, and unit economics.
