- • Lead the East Coast sales organization as VP of Sales, reporting directly to the CRO, to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for Ambient.ai’s Agentic Physical Security platform.
- • Manage and develop a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Managers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and inspiring high-performance enterprise sales talent to close seven-figure deals with Fortune 100 customers.
- • Architect and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company goals, leveraging MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Command of the Message methodologies to accelerate deal velocity and customer value realization.
- • Own end-to-end sales operations including target setting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives across all channels.
- • Contribute to Ambient.ai’s mission of preventing every security incident by scaling sales in a high-growth, mission-driven environment backed by top-tier investors and serving world-class clients like Cisco, ServiceNow, and TikTok.
- • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning while representing the company’s values in customer interactions and internal leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven focus on hunter roles, new customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
- • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams, including hiring, training, and scaling talent in fast-growing environments.
- • Outstanding track record of consistently over-attaining quotas, with demonstrated success closing $1M+ annual recurring revenue deals.
- • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, record keeping, and methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Command of the Message.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in the physical security industry.
- • Strong leadership, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with ability to travel as required.
