- • As Vice President of Sales, EMEA, you will lead Energy Exemplar’s regional new business acquisition strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, reporting to the SVP EMEA, with the primary mandate to drive new logo growth, expand market share, and build a high-performance hunting organization that consistently delivers against ambitious revenue targets.
- • You will own the top-of-funnel through close for new customers, focusing on pipeline generation, deal conversion, and market penetration, while leading a team of high-performing new business sales professionals and partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Generation, Solution Engineering, and GTM Operations to create a scalable, predictable new logo engine.

🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive enterprise new business sales experience in energy, software, or SaaS
- • Proven track record of winning new logos
- • Experience executing outbound GTM strategies
- • Strong understanding of EMEA energy markets
- • Experience building high-performing sales teams
- • Strong leadership in fast-paced environments
- • Cross-functional collaboration experience
- • Ability to operate strategically and tactically

- • Based in the UK or near key markets
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
