📋 Description

  • • As VP, Sales – Real Estate Solutions at Cotality, you will be a key member of the Leadership Team responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve Real Estate Solutions revenue targets, leading a high-performing sales organization through a critical transformation from traditional MLS relationship management to aggressive new business acquisition and expansion of the AI-powered Matrix ecosystem.
  • • Day to day, you will drive a multi-channel sales strategy across MLS, direct-to-agent, and strategic alliance partners; engage in solution-based selling by understanding client needs and aligning Cotality’s product suite; act as an informal delegate for the Head of Real Estate Solutions with executive presence to lead the business unit, manage operations, and oversee P&L when needed; operationalize the Cotality Way and GTM Framework to shift from feature-based to consultative selling; serve as a primary evangelist at major industry events and in MLS client boardrooms; maintain a pulse on market trends to anticipate competitive threats; lead the team’s evolution into an AI-native organization by driving AI tool adoption to shorten sales cycles and improve forecasting; foster a high-performance culture measured by client retention and NPS; and partner with Sales Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure 100% CRM accuracy and real-time pipeline visibility.
