- • The VP, Strategic Finance at Fireblocks will partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership to drive company-wide financial strategy, planning, and capital stewardship, ensuring financial rigor supports long-term growth and complex strategic decisions in the rapidly evolving digital assets landscape.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning long-range financial planning, leading FP&A functions, developing investor narratives, supporting capital markets and M&A activities, providing business partnership and decision support across teams, and building a high-performing, AI-enabled finance organization.
- • Fireblocks is a trusted platform for securing digital assets, used by major financial institutions, banks, global brands, and Web3 companies including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, and Revolut, with a mission to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in strategic finance within the crypto industry, lead AI-driven financial transformation, influence executive decisions through data-driven insights, and gain end-to-end ownership of financial strategy from planning to execution, including IPO and M&A readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields
- • Deep crypto industry knowledge and experience
- • Expert-level financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions through data
- • Prior IPO and M&A transactional experience a plus
