- • Lead and scale Deepgram’s Enterprise Account Executive organization focused on Fortune 500 and strategic enterprise accounts, driving multi-million dollar ARR growth through new logo acquisition and expansion within named accounts.
- • Own and execute enterprise go-to-market strategy for Deepgram’s largest and most complex customer relationships, including end-to-end ownership of 7- and 8-figure deals from discovery through closing.
- • Personally engage in high-stakes enterprise opportunities by building executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, securing executive sponsor alignment, and leading strategic account reviews.
- • Partner with Sales Leadership to design territory planning, account segmentation, pipeline strategy, and forecasting processes that align with Deepgram’s AI-first operating rhythm and growth objectives.
- • Coach and develop senior Enterprise Account Executives on complex enterprise sales motions including MEDDPICC qualification, mutual action planning, procurement navigation, competitive displacement, and executive-level negotiations.
- • Build and scale co-sell partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), UCaaS/CCaaS providers, and global systems integrators to expand Deepgram’s enterprise reach and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Implement AI-enabled workflows and automation tools to enhance account planning, forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, and operational scale across the enterprise sales team.
- • Design and deploy data-driven systems for strategic account planning, white space analysis, pipeline management, and expansion modeling to inform revenue growth strategies.
- • Hire, onboard, and develop world-class enterprise sales talent, establishing clear performance management cadences with measurable outcomes, accountability, and continuous coaching.
- • Foster a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, transparency, and innovation, where AI adoption is embedded in daily workflows and critical to performance measurement.
- • Align cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and RevOps teams to shape how Deepgram lands and expands within enterprise environments.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Deepgram’s voice AI platform—speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent technologies—to effectively articulate value propositions to technical and executive decision-makers.
- • Adapt rapidly to evolving product capabilities, market dynamics, and customer needs in a high-growth, AI-driven environment with no traditional 9-to-5 structure.
- • Continuously experiment with and integrate advanced AI tools into sales processes to improve productivity, insights, and outcomes.
- • Represent Deepgram as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leveraging technical credibility and strategic insight to influence long-term technology adoption.
- • Drive organizational rigor in sales operations while maintaining agility to respond to the fast-paced nature of the voice AI market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 7+ years leading Enterprise Account Executive teams selling into Fortune 500 organizations
- • Proven success leading teams and closing complex 7- and 8-figure enterprise deals
- • Strong track record of exceeding enterprise ARR targets in high-growth environments
- • Deep expertise coaching enterprise sellers through complex deal cycles and executive negotiations
- • Experience building and executing named account strategies, including executive mapping, whitespace analysis, and multi-threaded engagement
- • Strong operational and forecasting discipline with experience building scalable enterprise sales processes
