• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing a technical risk-based project portfolio, training and developing Associate Underwriters and Underwriters, setting team production goals, reviewing referrals, curating business per underwriting guidelines, managing division budgets, building relationships with capacity providers, expanding into inland marine offerings, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, executing on new and renewal business goals, and fostering key producer relationships.
