- • As the Vice President of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness at Prime Therapeutics, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies focused on employee growth, leadership excellence, continuous learning, and robust change management.
- • This pivotal role requires a strategic visionary to partner closely with senior executives, ensuring that all talent initiatives are meticulously aligned with our core business priorities. Your leadership will equip Prime Therapeutics to not only meet current demands but also to proactively navigate and thrive amidst future challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- • You will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational effectiveness strategies. This includes optimizing organizational structures, refining key processes, and driving performance improvements across the company. A significant aspect of your role will be leading change management efforts to facilitate transformation and foster a climate where innovation can flourish.
- • A core responsibility will be to design and execute integrated learning and leadership development strategies. These strategies must be intrinsically linked to our business objectives and deeply embedded within our organizational culture. You will be a champion for a culture that actively promotes continuous learning, encourages constructive feedback, and values professional development at all levels.
- • You will oversee the strategic design and effective delivery of leadership programs tailored for all hierarchical levels within the organization. This will involve leveraging a blended learning approach, incorporating executive coaching, and facilitating peer development opportunities. A key deliverable will be establishing a high-caliber executive coaching practice, complete with clear standards, measurable metrics, and a sustainable funding model.
- • To ensure accountability and demonstrate value, you will define and meticulously track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of our learning and leadership initiatives. You will utilize data and analytics to conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, identifying areas for improvement and informing strategic decisions.
- • Collaboration will be paramount. You will partner closely with HR, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) teams, and other senior leaders to ensure our development programs are inclusive, equitable, and effective. A critical focus will be building robust talent pipelines that support leadership continuity and promote internal mobility, ensuring we have the right talent in the right place at the right time.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with executive leaders to align performance competencies with overarching development strategies and critical business priorities. This ensures that individual and team development efforts directly contribute to achieving strategic goals.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor to executives, you will provide expert counsel on complex organizational dynamics, talent strategy formulation, and enhancing leadership effectiveness. You will proactively stay abreast of emerging talent trends and benchmark our practices against industry best practices to maintain Prime Therapeutics' competitive edge.
- • Leading, developing, and managing a diverse team of talented leaders will be a significant part of your role. You will provide essential mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to foster their growth, thereby supporting the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of key talent within your department and across the organization.
