- • This role combines high-level strategic orchestration with rigorous operational ownership, acting as the "Engine Room" of the People department to ensure global compliance, manage complex total rewards, and drive the CPO’s strategic agenda through meticulous workplan execution and executive-level communication.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, equity), managing HRIS systems and data integrity, leading people analytics initiatives to inform talent decisions, and serving as Chief of Staff to the CPO by coordinating cross-functional priorities, preparing executive communications, and tracking strategic workplan delivery.
- • The role sits within Cloudinary’s global People team, supporting a fast-growing, innovative technology company that values data-driven HR practices, operational excellence, and scalable people processes across international offices.
- • The incumbent will develop expertise in integrating HR technology with strategic workforce planning, gain visibility into executive-level decision-making, and build leadership capabilities in driving organizational change through analytics, process optimization, and stakeholder influence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in total rewards strategy and execution, including compensation design, benefits administration, and equity programs at a global scale.
- • Strong background in HRIS management, including system implementation, data governance, and analytics reporting using platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
- • Demonstrated ability to serve in a Chief of Staff capacity to a senior HR leader, with experience in strategic planning, executive communication, and cross-functional project management.
- • Advanced skills in people analytics, including workforce planning, turnover analysis, and using data to inform talent and rewards decisions.
- • Experience operating in multinational environments with knowledge of global compliance requirements related to compensation, benefits, and HR reporting.
