- • As a Business Development Manager for Strategic Partners at Motorola Solutions, you will own and drive the full business relationship with a key strategic partner, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion across North America by aligning partner goals with Motorola’s mission-critical communications, video security, and analytics ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute comprehensive business plans, build executive-level relationships with partner leadership, train and enable North American sales teams on effective engagement strategies, manage sales pipelines, identify and engage key market influencers, and provide product training to ensure partners can effectively sell and deploy Motorola solutions.
- • You will join a global leader in mission-critical communications and analytics, where technologies are trusted as lifelines by customers in public safety, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure. The team is part of Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions company, known for its video analytics, surveillance, and access control solutions deployed at thousands of sites worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic account management, channel sales execution, and security solutions positioning, while driving measurable year-over-year growth and influencing product feedback loops with engineering and operations teams to enhance market competitiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of video security solutions sales experience
- • 2+ years of managing National Accounts
- • Experience working with channel strategies and initiatives
- • Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about products and solutions
- • Ability to accurately forecast revenue on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
