- • The VWR Bilingual Laboratory Sales Representative role is a full-time field position based in the Greater Montreal Area, responsible for driving sales growth by consultatively selling Avantor’s laboratory products and services to support science at every stage.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a diverse territory, prospecting and acquiring new customers, developing relationships with existing clients, delivering value-based presentations, collaborating with sales leadership and manufacturer reps, and executing sales strategies using marketing tools and processes.
- • The role sits within Avantor’s Sales vertical, a critical function that enables global teams to grow beyond their limits by attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent through talent acquisition initiatives aligned with the company’s mission to advance life-changing science.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative B2B sales, strengthen analytical and strategic selling skills, deepen product knowledge through manufacturer collaboration, and grow your career by contributing to revenue and profitability goals while upholding Avantor’s Code of Conduct.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (or equivalent education/experience)
- • 1+ years of experience in complex, solution-based sales environments involving multiple stakeholders
- • Bilingual French/English (oral and written) required
- • Valid driver’s license in good standing
- • Willingness to travel to customer sites at least 3 days per week
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
