- • As a Warehouse Associate for IT equipment at Deel, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s global operations by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders for technology equipment, directly enabling Deel’s mission to empower global teams with seamless HR and payroll solutions.
- • You will contribute to the efficiency and scalability of Deel’s logistics network by maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and supporting operational improvements that help the company scale its equipment management services across 150+ countries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with the order operations team to pick, pack, and dispatch IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, and peripherals to customers worldwide, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- • You will perform regular cycle counting and stock-takes to maintain inventory integrity within product categories, using warehouse management systems to track stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- • You will prepare products for dispatch by inspecting, labeling, and packaging items according to Deel’s quality and shipping standards, minimizing damage and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
- • You will actively participate in process improvement projects and operational sprints aimed at increasing warehouse capacity, reducing fulfillment times, and enhancing scalability as Deel grows its global equipment management capabilities.
- • You will engage in hands-on, startup-style operations tasks, adapting quickly to changing priorities and supporting cross-functional initiatives that go beyond traditional warehousing, such as supporting new product launches or seasonal demand spikes.
- • You will embrace an "all hands on deck" mindset, stepping in to support urgent operational needs during peak periods or special projects, reflecting Deel’s agile, collaborative culture.
- • You will work within a dynamic, globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, contributing to a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning that drives Deel’s rapid growth and market leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.

- • Strong interest in understanding how to build and scale operational systems within a rapidly expanding business.
- • Experience in IT equipment fulfillment is considered a plus.
