📋 Description

  • Supports the Warehouse Supervisor through inbound/outbound management of the warehouse floor to facilitate effective warehouse operations
  • Assists in coordination of receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks
  • Makes internal appointments and delegates work among warehouse staff
  • Produces reports on workforce productivity and quality
  • Communicates with customers outside the warehouse to provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
