- • The Warranty Reimbursement Lead Consultant will lead the preparation and review of warranty parts and labor rate submissions, as well as labor time guide submissions for automotive clients, ensuring compliance with state statutes and manufacturer requirements while managing a team of 10+ members.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing warranty calculations, coding labor time guide submissions, comparing Excel data to PDF repair orders, identifying missing repair orders in sequences, and collaborating with team staff, senior managers, and partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
