- • As a Webflow-focused Web Developer on the growth team at EliseAI, you will be a key driver of the company's digital presence, partnering with Product Marketing, Design, and Leadership to launch campaigns, push aesthetic boundaries, and ensure the website reflects strategic vision while maintaining a high-performance, accessible, and scalable web ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will build, launch, and maintain sophisticated, responsive, and pixel-perfect web pages in Webflow; translate Figma prototypes into functional builds; manage and optimize the Webflow CMS for non-technical stakeholders; conduct rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and WCAG accessibility; implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript solutions to extend Webflow’s capabilities and integrate third-party tools; and maintain documentation and user-friendly CMS environments that empower Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to update content autonomously.

- • In this role, you will own your impact with full autonomy, work at rocket speed on real client problems, and receive a masterclass-level experience in scaling a funded startup—learning what works through success and failure while being supported by the team, and developing deep expertise in Webflow development, design collaboration, CMS architecture, and performance optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ Years of Advanced Webflow Development: Proven experience building, launching, and maintaining complex, responsive, and pixel-perfect web pages using the Box Model, Flexbox, Grid, and Webflow’s Interactions engine.
- • CMS Architecture & Scalability: Experience building and managing scalable Webflow CMS environments that empower non-technical stakeholders (Marketing, Sales) to update content autonomously without breaking global styles.
- • Production-Level Custom Coding: Professional experience writing clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow’s native capabilities and integrate third-party tools.
- • High-Velocity Design-to-Development Ops: A track record of partnering with Design teams to translate high-fidelity Figma prototypes into functional builds within a fast-paced environment.
- • Technical Quality Assurance: Experience conducting rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and WCAG accessibility compliance before pushing updates to a live production site.
