- • As a Webflow Developer at EliseAI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence by building and maintaining high-performance, accessible, and scalable websites that directly support mission-driven initiatives in housing and healthcare. Your work will ensure that users—whether renters seeking homes or patients accessing care—can navigate EliseAI’s platforms with ease, reinforcing the company’s commitment to reducing friction in essential services through intelligent design and seamless user experiences.
- • You will translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow builds, manage and scale the Webflow CMS to empower non-technical teams, conduct rigorous QA for performance and accessibility (WCAG), implement custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript integrations with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, and maintain living documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the marketing site. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering, you’ll drive conversion-focused landing pages and growth initiatives while upholding technical excellence.
- • EliseAI is a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, dedicated to transforming housing and healthcare through AI-powered workflow automation. With a recent $250M Series E funding round, the company is scaling rapidly and operates in a hybrid model requiring four days in-office per week in New York City, fostering deep collaboration and rapid iteration.
- • You will report to the Senior Web Developer and gain hands-on experience in enterprise-level Webflow development, CMS architecture, performance optimization, and cross-functional product collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to own impactful projects from concept to launch, refine your technical and product intuition, and grow into a leadership role in web development within a high-velocity, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of advanced Webflow development experience, including mastery of the Box Model, Flexbox, Grid, and Interactions engine to build responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
- • Proven ability to design and manage scalable Webflow CMS structures that enable non-technical teams (Marketing, Sales) to update content safely without disrupting global styles or layouts.
- • Professional experience writing clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow’s functionality and integrate third-party tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or custom APIs.
- • Demonstrated success in partnering with Design teams to convert high-fidelity Figma prototypes into functional, production-ready builds in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- • Experience conducting thorough QA testing for cross-browser compatibility, page load performance, and WCAG accessibility compliance prior to production releases.
- • Willingness and ability to work in-person at the EliseAI office in New York City four to five days per week.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary range of $100,000–$130,000, plus equity in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
- • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees.
- • Fully paid parental leave, commuter benefits, 401(k) plan, and fitness/home services stipend to support well-being and work-life integration.
- • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays, relocation assistance, and access to a collaborative in-office environment with open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals provided.
- • Opportunity to work on meaningful products that improve access to housing and healthcare, with significant autonomy, impact, and career growth in a high-performance culture.
