• • The Web Experience Manager will own the strategy, performance, and optimization of the Focus Partners website, focusing on improving user experience, conversion performance, and the overall digital journey from visitor to qualified lead.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning website strategy and structure, leading conversion rate and lead generation initiatives, managing website updates and development projects, partnering with content and SEO teams, conducting UX analysis and CRO testing, monitoring analytics for improvement opportunities, ensuring accessibility, speed, and SEO best practices, and managing external vendors or developers as needed.
