- • As a Web Marketing Manager at Mediafly, you will lead the strategy, development, and performance of the company website to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth for top revenue teams.
- • You will own the Mediafly web experience, ensuring it effectively supports business goals through ongoing updates, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to build and optimize digital experiences, improve conversion paths, and maintain consistency across the site.
- • You will enhance website performance through SEO/AIO best practices, site optimization, and user experience improvements to increase organic traffic and maximize discoverability.
- • You will report to the VP of Growth Marketing in a 6-month contract-to-hire role with potential for extension, contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team that values expertise, creativity, and human connection.
- • Your work will help businesses deliver more meaningful buyer experiences and drive measurable results by aligning the website with value-selling workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in web marketing, website management, or digital experience optimization
- • Strong understanding of SEO/AIO best practices and techniques to improve organic traffic and discoverability
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing and Marketing Operations
- • Proficiency in website analytics, performance tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- • Ability to manage ongoing site updates and ensure consistency in user experience and branding
