- • As a Website Account Specialist at Leap Tools, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers build and optimize their online presence using our innovative Roomvo platform, directly contributing to the success of businesses in the interior décor industry across 80+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with customers to guide them through our CMS platform, provide tailored recommendations, conduct hands-on training via email and phone, become a product expert on Roomvo tools, gather insights to inform product roadmap decisions, and support client growth through custom demos and strategic consultations while managing a portfolio of 100–150 accounts.
- • You will join a fast-growing, remote-first tech company recognized by Deloitte for multiple years, operating in tight-knit teams that value ownership, curiosity, and execution excellence, with a culture that supports global work flexibility and family-friendly policies.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success, web platform management, and product advocacy, while building cross-functional collaboration skills and gaining exposure to product development cycles—positioning you for growth into senior client-facing or product advisory roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with web-building platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging customers and internal teams
- • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and responsive
- • Relationship-driven mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term client connections
- • Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel (a bonus)
