šŸ“‹ Description

  • • Build, customize, and maintain websites for Nexus Marketing’s clients and Foundry for Good’s family of brands using WordPress and Webflow
  • • Translate designer mockups, client brand guidelines, and visual assets into polished, responsive, high-performing websites
  • • Customize themes and templates using visual editors such as Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or Webflow’s designer, with minimal custom code development
  • • Perform ongoing website maintenance including updates, security patches, backups, performance optimization, bug fixes, and minor feature additions
  • • Optimize websites for technical SEO and site performance, with attention to Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
  • • Manage and support multiple live websites simultaneously across different client and internal brand portfolios
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and reliably across WordPress and Webflow platforms
  • • Participate in client calls to present work, explain technical considerations, and gather feedback clearly and professionally
  • • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to ensure delivered websites align with client goals and brand standards
  • • Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and documentation for all website builds and updates
  • • Work within a structured daily schedule aligned with US Eastern business hours: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT) and 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT), with a long midday break
  • • Use Figma to interpret design handoffs and Adobe Suite or Canva for asset preparation when needed
  • • Apply strong HTML/CSS skills for fine-tuning layouts, fixing rendering issues, and enhancing functionality
  • • Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing polished, responsive, and professionally executed websites
  • • Maintain a proactive, detail-oriented approach to resolving issues and managing competing priorities across multiple projects
  • • Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on supporting nonprofits, trade associations, and organizations creating positive social impact
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving systems, processes, and priorities as a member of a small, growing, self-funded company
  • • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, where the focus is on creating more value and striving to be the best version of oneself

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
  • • 3+ years of website development and design experience
  • • Deep expertise in WordPress or Webflow, with willingness to grow proficiency in both
  • • Strong HTML/CSS skills for customization and troubleshooting; JavaScript familiarity is a plus
  • • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present work clearly to clients
  • • Degree in Web Development, Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
