📋 Description

• As the Website & Organic Search Lead at Lovable Labs Inc., you will own the logged-out website as a core growth product, directly influencing how millions of users discover, engage with, and convert on Lovable’s AI-powered software creation platform. This role is pivotal in scaling organic acquisition through strategic SEO and AEO initiatives while optimizing the end-to-end visitor journey to drive sign-ups and product adoption.
• You will define and execute the website roadmap by treating the logged-out experience as a product — collaborating with design, engineering, and product marketing to prioritize improvements, run experiments, and ship changes at high velocity. Your work will bridge technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and product messaging to ensure the website not only ranks well but also delivers a compelling, high-converting user experience.
• Day to day, you will: own and evolve the organic search strategy through technical audits, keyword research, and content planning aligned with product launches; monitor and analyze organic performance using internal analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities; lead conversion optimization efforts across landing pages, pricing pages, and sign-up flows by designing and running A/B and multivariate tests; build internal tooling and automation to streamline content publishing, testing, and optimization workflows; partner with product marketing on messaging tests, homepage iterations, and new product page launches; collaborate with engineering and design to implement SEO-friendly site architecture and performance improvements; and report on key metrics to stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
• You will join a small, high-impact team in Stockholm that values extreme ownership, rapid iteration, and low-ego collaboration. Lovable Labs is building a generation-defining platform that empowers anyone to create software — from solo founders to enterprise teams — and your work will directly contribute to making AI-assisted development accessible and intuitive for a global audience.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-driven product growth, master the intersection of technical SEO and conversion science, and gain end-to-end ownership of a critical growth surface. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how a cutting-edge AI product is discovered and adopted worldwide, while building scalable systems and experimentation practices that elevate the entire marketing and product organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning or product managing a website, including roadmap planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance ownership
• Deep expertise in SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), including technical SEO, content strategy, and algorithmic trend analysis
• Strong background in experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO), with experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests
• Technical fluency — ability to write code, build internal tools, or leverage AI agents to ship website improvements independently
• Excellent judgment in design, content, and user experience, with a keen eye for what drives engagement and conversion
• Ability to make data-informed, well-reasoned decisions under ambiguity and prioritize impact in a fast-moving environment
