- • As a Website & SEO Sales Consultant at Web.com Group, Inc. (operating under Network Solutions), you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to establish or grow their online presence, playing a critical role in helping businesses secure their digital identity through domain protection, website design, and search engine optimization services—leveraging decades of industry expertise to build trust and drive meaningful outcomes.
- • You will educate prospective and existing customers about Network Solutions’ site design services by actively listening to their business goals, translating their vision into actionable website solutions, and clearly articulating how our design, development, and hosting capabilities can bring their online presence to life while ensuring brand consistency and technical reliability.
- • You will consult with customers on search engine optimization (SEO) services by assessing their current digital marketing strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and recommending tailored SEO packages that improve visibility, increase organic traffic, and support long-term growth—staying current with evolving search algorithms and best practices through continuous learning.
- • You will maintain deep industry awareness of emerging SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape shifts by regularly reviewing industry publications, participating in internal training, and applying insights to customer conversations to position Network Solutions as a trusted advisor in digital performance.
- • You will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in a high-volume, fast-paced remote sales environment, skillfully managing multiple inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and internal lead systems while adapting quickly to shifting priorities, customer needs, and sales targets without compromising service quality or consultative integrity.
- • You will follow a hybrid sales model combining inbound responses to website inquiries, email leads, and referral-based outreach with proactive outbound dialing to engage prospects who have expressed interest in Website.com, Network Solutions, or related digital identity and security offerings—ensuring every conversation is consultative, value-driven, and aligned with the customer’s stage in the buying journey.
- • You will be driven to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas by leveraging a results-oriented mindset, embracing coaching and feedback, and utilizing the company’s robust sales enablement tools, scripts, and CRM systems to optimize conversion rates and maximize commission potential.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a target-driven environment, with demonstrated success in consultative or solution-based sales roles.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, articulate complex services clearly, and build rapport quickly with diverse SMB customers.
- • Genuine passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed online, coupled with enthusiasm to learn and deepen expertise in website design and search engine optimization (SEO).
- • Strong adaptability and resilience to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic remote sales environment, including comfort with multi-tasking, shifting priorities, and evolving product offerings.
- • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger) is a plus.
- • Basic understanding of SEO principles, website functionality, or digital marketing concepts is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
