- • This is a unique and demanding opportunity for a seasoned professional to step into a pivotal role as a Weekend Executive Operations Manager, acting as the direct executive proxy for the CEO of That1Detailer LLC. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in environments requiring high levels of autonomy, decisive leadership, and executive-level ownership, rather than those seeking structured instructions or constant oversight. As the CEO's representative during weekend hours, you will be entrusted with the ultimate authority to ensure seamless operations, manage critical escalations, and safeguard the CEO's focus for true emergencies only.
- • Your primary mandate is to act as the ultimate gatekeeper and problem-solver, ensuring that no issue reaches the CEO unless it is of the utmost critical nature. This involves taking complete control of all weekend escalations, demonstrating exceptional judgment and leadership in resolving complex cases that require immediate and effective attention. You will be the primary point of contact for any significant operational challenges that arise, empowered to make decisions and implement solutions without direct executive supervision.
- • A key aspect of this role is leading and overseeing the support team. You will guide them through complex customer issues, ensuring that all cases are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
