- • As a Wellness Coach at Liven, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals navigating burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, and personal growth through personalized, text-based coaching on a global self-discovery platform. Your work will directly contribute to clients’ mental well-being and sustainable lifestyle changes by leveraging Liven’s integrated digital tools and content ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will: provide one-on-one coaching via secure text messaging using Liven’s platform; support clients dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, and relationship difficulties by applying evidence-based wellness strategies; guide users in selecting and engaging with relevant in-app content such as guided reflections, habit trackers, and psychoeducational modules; collaborate with the Liven product and content team to co-create workshops, webinars, and new coaching resources grounded in client needs; maintain consistent, empathetic communication with clients across time zones to foster trust and long-term engagement; and participate in team check-ins and professional development sessions to refine your coaching practice.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in behavioral change coaching, gain experience working with a diverse international clientele, and develop skills in digital coaching tools and asynchronous communication. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1+ years of professional coaching experience in wellness, life coaching, or a related helping profession.
- • Demonstrated experience supporting clients with stress, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, or similar emotional and behavioral concerns.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and convey empathy through text.
- • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer equipped with camera and audio for occasional video check-ins or team meetings.
- • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, including availability during weekends to accommodate global clients.
- • Completion of all required screening questions as part of the application process.
