  • • Serve those who served: every day you will meet with pre-scheduled veterans and military families over secure Zoom sessions, guiding them through complex federal, state, and private benefit programs so they can access the care, income, and support they have earned.
  • • Own the full consultation lifecycle—from greeting the client and conducting a warm discovery interview, to mapping benefit eligibility, to walking families through application forms—while maintaining strict HIPAA and PII compliance and documenting each step in our cloud CRM.
  • • Translate dense VA regulations, TRICARE rules, and union supplemental policies into plain language so clients leave the call with a clear action plan, next-step checklist, and confidence that they are not leaving money or services on the table.
  • • Collaborate with an internal team of veteran service officers, accredited claims agents, and licensed benefit specialists during weekly case-rounding huddles to ensure every client receives accurate, up-to-date guidance and no one falls through the cracks.
  • • Track your own performance dashboard—appointment show-rates, application completion times, client satisfaction scores, and first-year retention—and use the insights to refine your consultation style and increase lifetime value for both the client and the company.
  • • Participate in continuous learning: monthly product-launch webinars, quarterly compliance refreshers, and optional advanced designations (VSO Accreditation, CLU, ChFC) fully funded by AO Globe Life to deepen your expertise and expand your career runway.
  • • Contribute to our knowledge base by recording objection-handling clips, writing plain-English benefit summaries, and beta-testing new digital tools so future teammates can onboard faster and serve clients better.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
  • • Windows-based laptop or desktop (2019 or newer) with built-in or external HD camera and reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps up/down) for seamless Zoom consultations.
  • • Quiet, private workspace that meets HIPAA privacy standards and allows for confidential conversations with veterans and their families.
  • • Comfortable navigating cloud-based CRMs, digital forms, and e-signature platforms; prior Zoom or Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
  • • High emotional intelligence and active-listening skills; military family background, prior service, or experience with VA benefits is a strong plus but not required.
